CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit applies toward your service and will also serve as a no-show and/or cancellation fee if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be applied to a future appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period until marked as a “no show”. Thank you for your understanding, as this policy allows us to accommodate all clients efficiently, ensures fairness, and helps manage scheduling.
